Aerobic exercise not only improves fitness; it also has known benefits for both physical and emotional health.

Ladies

Workout plan for Women includes Weight Loss, Cardio (HIIT), Aerobics, Belledi, Tabata, Height Training, Cross Fit.

Cardio (HIIT)

HIIT workouts are extremely effective for weight loss. It burns fat and build lean muscle to continue to burn more fat. HIIT forces your body to use energy from fat as opposed to carbs.

Weight Gain/ Weight Loss

We, at TSM help you to gain weight/ weight loss based on the different workout patterns. Well, keep in mind, Rome was not built in a day.

Height Training

The stretching exercises will gradually increase your height. Along with a proper diet, and good nutrition, these exercises will also boost your immunity and facilitate the growth of the body.

Lean Muscle

Gaining muscle without gaining fat in the process is a difficult task. Proper nutrition and training is necessary so that all your hard work in the gym (and kitchen) equates to maximal lean muscle growth and minimal fat gain.
